Countering the world’s definitions of wealth and success, this engaging parable reveals there’s so much more to life than accumulating money and possessions. Christian businessman Cecil Kemp unveils 7 simple principles for attaining genuine happiness through the easy-to-follow life of Sam, a village wood gatherer. Sam dreams of moving beyond the daily tediousness of barely getting by. Stepping out in faith, he leaves the familiar surroundings of “the way it’s always been done” and realizes unexpected pleasure in doing his best for God. But Sam’s journey isn’t always smooth. Encountering setbacks, he soon understands that wisdom doesn’t always come from expected sources.

From exploring the “law of motive” (work motivated by love brings satisfaction) to highlighting the “law of preparation” (being wise managers of the resources God provides leads to abundance in many areas), 7 Laws of True Prosperity shows people how following God’s principles leads to more joy, more satisfaction, and more opportunities to make a difference.
