Synopsis from SKS Books:

This is the perennial audio classic which enraptured the hearts and ears of thousands who have heard the recording.

Narrating the entire King James Version text of the Bible, the late Shakespearan dramatist Alexander Scourby lent his rich mellifluous voice to present the living Word of God the only way he knew how. A potent combination of one of history's most beloved baritone vocals with the most literary poetic masterpieces of all time.

In the end, it was this recording which became his defining work of a lifetime...the name Scourby became synonymous with the KJV audio bible...the first ever recording of the entire text of Scripture.
