DESCRIPTION
One of the most beloved ancient tales from the Hebrew tradition comes to life in this superbly crafted animation directed by former Walt Disney director, Richard Rich.
The pastoral green surreal beyond the horizon...the azure sky filled suddenly by the silhouette of evil..the armies of the invaders threatening to unsheath their latest weapon.
Then in the midst of the trembling armies arose a young shepherd boy. His eyes glanced ever so firmly, feet stood solidly on the ground as he lifted his finger to the heavens.
The glory of Yahweh filled the air as this young Hebrew showed the ancient world the prowess of the Almighty.
This is the re-telling of King David of ancient Israel, and the battle which led to his anointing as the ruler of one of the most embattled ancient worlds in history.
