DESCRIPTION

In his best selling book Fully Alive: Lighten Up and Live - A Journey that Will Change Your Life, author and comedian Ken Davis uncovers forgotten signs of life in a culture seemingly filled with the opposite. Through action steps that led to his physical, mental, social, and spiritual health, he recounts his journey back to the land of the living and the signs of life he found along the way.

A perfect companion to the book, the Fully Alive Action Kit: Lighten Up and Live Again - A Journey That Will Change Your Life provides practical strategies for group members to joyfully pursue their physical, social, mental and spiritual potential in Jesus Christ. Davis encourages people of all ages to trade comfort for challenge, boredom for adventure and mere existence for life.
