DESCRIPTION

Exploring the methods of leadership that may contribute to church growth within the Singapore Baptist Convention. The research method for this project was a program evaluation of Questionnaire and Post-test Surveys where participants were led on a progressive self-discovery to determine the connection between leadership and church growth based on the exposition of selected Scripture texts from the Book of Acts. The data gathered was tabulated, evaluated and analysed. The results indicated that there is a strong correlation between leadership practices and growth of the church in the Book of Acts. The findings of the project shaped and strengthened Reverend Dr. Bobby Lee's understanding of biblical leadership which led to a proposal of a biblically balanced and theologically sound model of leadership known as "Impactful Biblical Leadership."
