God spoke nearly two thousand years ago through Paul to the Christians in decadent Corinth, a city similar to many communities today. Paul wrote letters, now known as 1 & 2 Cointhians, urging believers to focus on Christ, forsake immortality, settle their differences, reject false teachers, and love each other.
