DESCRIPTION

The Lion Picture Bible gives your 5s to 7s bright, vibrant pictures to keep their focus on the Bible.

The treasured stories of the bible are retold faithfully in clear and engaging words, while the bright and appealing pictures bring each wonderful scene to life.

Expressive illustrations of people and animals show Bible life against a backdrop of colourful and dramatic landscapes. The scenes are set evocatively by author Sarah Dodd, who is able not only to bring life and character to the stories of the Bible for younger, or perhaps first-time readers, but also to explain their implication in the wider context of the Bible.

There is a glossary included in the back to explain the words which may be unfamiliar, and page references for each word.
