DESCRIPTION

Every year people make New Year’s resolutions in an attempt to better themselves. But how many of them are actually able to stick with it? According to Mike Ashcraft and Rachel Olson, for lasting change, readers need to turn to the one who created them---the one knows how to unlock their potential.

In this four-session video-based small group study, participants will choose one thing---one word---to focus on for an entire year to enact lasting change. By picking one word and focusing with strength and clarity, participants will see lasting, sustainable growth over the course of a year.

My One Word provides a simple, effective tool for creating personal change at the heart level. This shrinkwrapped pack contains one My One Word softcover book and one My One Word DVD-ROM, including four video sessions that correspond with the discussion questions found in the book. The disc also contains supplemental material and sermon resources.

Unlock the power of choosing one word to change your life.
