A FRESH NEW RESOURCE FOR YOUTH WORSHIP EXPERIENCES

Plan for a week or plan for a year - it's all here!

Plan activities and applications for junior high or high school youth.

Plan for weekend worship and then follow up with midweek lessons.

With contributions from a host of youth ministry professionals, Nelson's Annual Youth Ministry Sourcebook is an innovative and helpful 52-week resource for youth worship services. Among the writers are many who are inundated with the knowledge of youth culture. Each weekly session in this book includes age-appropriate Bible discovery activities, songs and memory verses for younger and older teens. Each lesson concludes with a general life application and a more personal application for individual youth.

Scattered throughout the book are articles to help and encourage volunteer and professional youth workers, including:

• Rap Music, Hip-Hop Culture and Its Useful Functions
• Practical Help for Reaching the Girls in your Youth Ministry
• Reflections of a First-time adult volunteer
• An article on special needs youth
• Articles about time management and the challenges of Youth Ministry
• As a bonus, the back of the book includes a subject index, a Scripture Index and a list of active websites related to youth ministry.
