DESCRIPTION
The story of Kelvin Soh, is one that personifies God’s work of salvation and redemption. Addicted to drugs since the age of 11, Kelvin Soh had been in and out of prison for over 24 years.
The longest duration he remained outside prison was seven months and that seemed to be his lot in life to all who knew him. However his life changed about when he was given a Bible by a non-Christian warden while in jail. Touched by the verses inside, he gave his heart to the Lord and today, Kelvin is a celebrated singer and songwriter.
His latest album, One Word, contains 11 tracks which were mostly written by him, talks about the unfailing love and endless grace that Christ has for us. Kelvin Soh's emotions and vocals, together with the strong support by the other Christians who helped in the production of the album, leap out at the listener and brings both the Mandarin and Hokkien tracks in this album to life.
The album contains an instrumental version of "One Voice" and as a whole, reminds us that we are a new creation in Christ.
