DESCRIPTION
Sara and the Starfish is based on the much loved tale The Child and the Starfish that taught generations of children that one person can indeed make a difference. In this animated DVD, Sara is a little girl who loves spending time with her family at their cottage by the sea during her summer vacation.
One day a storm ravages their beach retreat, and a tiny baby starfish is washed up on the shore. Sara knows she needs to help the little starfish, and through the efforts of her brother Josh, friend Toby, and dog Flagg, the creature is given a second chance. An award winning production, this uplifting tale teaches children and adults alike about the power of hope, love, and compassion. Running time: Approximately 38 minutes.
