Synopsis from Armour Publishing:
A lost treasure has been found!

The Journal Once Lost bears testimony to God's faithful providence, never-failing protection and wise eternal purposes.

Bishop Hwa Yung, in his Foreword, writes, "When Levi (John Sung's daughter) told us about the miraculaours story of how The Journal Once Lost was found, we could only marvel at God's providential care.  For these forty plus worn volumnes constitute one of the great veritable treasures of the Chinese church!"
Bishop Dr Robert Solomon adds, "John Sung was, and is, well-known as one of the greatest evangelists of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the twentieth century…What we have known about John Sung comes from historical records and the testimonies of witnesses, and those who had been deeply touched by his ministry. This book adds a new dimension...This book is a treasure."

Dr James Hudson Taylor III affirms, "Dr. John Sung died on the 18th of August 1944 in Beijing. He was 43. Now, more than 60 years later, his personal diary has been discovered – a veritable treasure containing never-before-revealed insights into the man and his ministry."

Compiled by Levi, Dr Sung’s daughter, The Journal Once Lost chronicles John Sung’s family background, personal pilgrimage, grueling travels and powerful revival meetings in China and Southeast Asia during the fi rst half of the twentieth century.  John Sung had fought valiantly for the Lord, bringing revival to the Chinese Church as no one had ever done before. His influence is felt even to this day.

The Journal Once Lost comprises six main sections in a substantial 592-page volume, featuring invaluable extracts from more than 40 copies of John Sung’s diaries and rare old photographs:
