DESCRIPTION

Outback Rock: Where Kids Venture Into Solid Faith, the 2015 Weekend VBS from Group Publishing.
Theme: God is always with us
Key Verse: I am with you always, even to the end of the age. (Matthew 28:20)
Bible Translation: New Living Translation (NLT)
Ages: Preschool - Grade 6 (K- 6th in multi-age groups; preschoolers have a separate curriculum.)

On this down-under Aussie adventure, kids explore God's monumental love and discover what it means to have an unshakable faith. Group's Weekend VBS is perfect for churches that are new to VBS or are not able to use the longer 5-day VBS format in your congregation. You will plan two sessions of 2.5 hours plus a Sunday morning celebration with the full church, for a total of 6 hours. Children in Kindergarten - 6th Grade are in mixed age groups; preschool children join the large group for the opening and closing and have their own Bible learning time. Group's Weekend VBS is easy for leaders (20 minutes of preparation), easy to remember (a single Bible point is reinforced at every station), and easy for making friends (small, multi-age groups).
